Will Team Biden Double-down on Such Travesties
at the U.N. Security Council on Its Way Out the Door?

President Joe Biden is to visit the State Department today to boast about his foreign policy accomplishments. It should be a very short speech.

Unfortunately, it will surely be long, at best, highly selective – and, more likely, characteristically thoroughly dishonest. Put simply, Biden inherited from Donald Trump a world largely at peace; Biden bequeaths to him one engulfed in chaos and conflict.

To pick but one particular disaster area, Team Biden’s decision to enrich, empower and embolden Iran and to undermine Israel and its government has produced a nine-front region-wide war. The U.S. administration’s embrace of a Turkish proxy and al Qaeda operative to run Syria – encouraging European allies and other to do the same – greatly compounds the danger.

A briefing by the Victory Coalition examines the damage Biden has done to date in the Mideast – and the prospects the outgoing administration will do still more harm at the UN Security Council this week, both to Israel and to Donald Trump’s ability to control, and reverse, that damage.

Reportedly, if Israel does not agree in the next few days to a ceasefire in Gaza that would assure the survival of Hamas, many of Biden’s anti-Israel officials want to declare the Jewish State to be in violation of a U.S. law by falsely accusing her of blocking American humanitarian aid to civilians there.

Just as Biden will profess again today his undying support for Israel, the plotters reportedly propose to have the UN punish her, rather than the U.S. government. By reprising a similarly devious maneuver at the very end of the Obama administration, the President will seemingly not be responsible but will, nonetheless, enable the so-called “international community” to delegitimize and sanction the Israelis.

The practical effect will be the desired one: encouraging those throughout the Mideast and elsewhere set on Israel’s destruction and complicating Trump 2.0’s efforts to see our enemies defeated, not our friend.

This briefing focuses on what must be done by the incoming President to stave off this parting foreign policy shot by Joe Biden’s global wrecking-operation.
